Before we make it
How far ahead should we book?
Our production turnaround after proof approval is 24 hours for one piece and 96 hours for 100 pieces. Other quantities and delivery timing are confirmed in your quote. Send your date, quantity and final wording so we can coordinate your order.
What’s your minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Single pieces and larger event orders are both welcome. Your price depends on the glass, personalization and quantity.
Can I see a proof before you make it?
Yes. You review and approve a digital design proof before production. Check names, spelling and table numbers carefully before approval.
Do you deliver?
We arrange local delivery in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill and Wake County. Delivery details and any fees are confirmed in your quote.
How do I care for personalized glassware?
Etching is permanent. Vinyl-personalized pieces must be gently hand-washed. Dishwasher suitability also depends on the glass itself; follow the care instructions supplied with your order.
Can you etch glass I already own?
We review client-owned pieces for suitability and test a discreet spot before proceeding. A signed care agreement is required. Send a photo with your inquiry.
Can you work with non-English text?
Include the exact wording and language in your inquiry. We’ll agree on proofing and approval before production.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 50% deposit is due when you place your order. The remaining 50% is due before pickup or delivery. You approve the design before production begins.
